Yay! Finally, the real thing is starting. It has been long since i saw an ongoing anime. [TT__TT Tears of Joy]. Today, 3 series has been released! Yay!
There was IS: Infinite Stratos, Yumekui Merry and lastly, Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica.
However, during the actual show, the Mecha may be like what i have thought as, the character art may be good, the animation may be above average, but the story somehow doesn't attracts attentions. All that was attracting 'attention' was how strangely thing fits in just like that all of a sudden.
Also, the fan-service of the show (episode 1) was pretty bad. Even a show like Rio: Rainbow Gate! contains a much better "fan-service". Hence, i decided to continue it for one or two more episode before making my decision.
Although, until the end, i have a hard time absorbing the information. All i can say, is that it is based on a Fantasy theme of a dream world and the real world. Another reasons that i liked this show, is because the of the facts that it contains an extreme amount of cats.
Overall, i would say, i am curious about how this show will lead me to. Hence, i have decided to watch it. And it contains actions too. The action part was pretty well done. Not of those One Piece or Dragonball Standards, but at least it is about To Aru Majutsu no Index kind of level.
I will probably give it a 6.7 for the whole episode due to the fact that i couldn't fully understand it. The animation however, deserves a 8.6 or even higher.
This episode started with a dream. And in the dream, Madoka met Akemi. Then, when she woke up, she continue her own usual life. But to her surprise, Akemi, someone who she had never met once in reality was transferred to her school. More to her surprise was that Akemi knew who she was and the show continues with Madoka's usual life until she heard someone or something calling for help.
She followed the sound in her head and met Kyube [a strange animal] who was injured by Akemi. She ran away together with Kyube and Sayaka but somehow reached a very strange world with very strange creatures that tries to attack them. Just then, Mami Tomoe came out of nowhere and helped them. She was apparently a Mahou Shoujo.
Overall, i was glad to have watched it! It is definitely one of the show this season that is definitely worth watching! The only one think that I did not really liked about it is the character art, where every one is drawn 'Chubby'. But I guess that's the artist style of drawing.
