Oh man...
I wasted one whole day... or should i say 2?
and in the end, all i get, was the reason why it failed...
Ok, was suppose to be overjoyed yesterday night...
and wanted to make a very long post about it...
well, a little bit more detail would be that i have successfully,
managed to play Trickster on a 32Bit(x86) Window 7 notebook...
but, i went on to install the antivirus softwares which prompt me to restart after that...
ok, maybe a little in the beginning...
i tried all methods to play trickster...
but they all would end up in failure...
but i remembered vividly that i have ever ran it on the same specs before...
hence, i tried to ran a backup restore from a system image...
for the first time, every thing went smoothly,
i replaced some of the outdated stuffs and did a few changes
and restarted the notebook...
after that, the system actually prompt me for even more things...
so i did what is needed, installed and updated all the software...
and did a defragment on the notebook which was lagging...
and after it ended, it was already late...
and since i have nothing to do...
i give trickster a few tries before it succeeded...
played a little while before quitting...
and i was overjoyed...
hence, i was in cloud nine and forgotten to backup once more...
before installing the antivirus....
and it prompt me to restart which i did...
after restart i remembered that i should have backup the com again...
before i install the antivirus...
and i quickly tried trickster again...
and it gave me a BoSD which almost every Windows 7 32Bit users
would experienced when they run Trickster...
But to me, it was nothing... i have BoSD pretty often...
so to me it is nothing new...
And i know that it isn't a serious BoSD...
hence, i was saddened by it...
and since it was already 4+ i decided to go to bed,
and do it tomorrow...
which i did this morning after i woken up...
but the 2nd time wasn't as smoothly...
managed to do all the stuffs including defragment and i went to restart...
after that, i tried Trickster and the BoSD appears...
i knew something was wrong...
i have not installed the antivirus...
hence, my suspect is freed...
Hence i tried recalling what went wrong...
i tried all methods to play Trickster but to no avail...
i thought of a possibility...
and went on ahead to do another backup restore...
this time, i tried trickster first and it was working fine...
and i proceeded with things carefully...
trying trickster after a few things i did to the computer...
and all works fine...
until i installed AdobeFlashPlayer and one other thing that i couldn't remember...
did a restart... and after the restart, BoSD every time for Trickster...
then, i have narrowed down the suspects...
i have currently 3 suspects...
firstly, the case of maxed out the required memory to run Trickster...
second, the one thing i have done but could not remember...
and lastly, AdobeFlashPlayer...
i thought about the similarity of yesterday case...
and thinks that i could only be AdobeFlashPlayer...
or rather the registry that was edited during the update of AdobeFlashPlayer...
and i have a pretty good feeling that i am right...
because yesterday, before i restarted the 2nd time, i can still play trickster...
and after restarting after installing software including AdobeFlashPlayer,
i can't anymore...
and today morning, i installed all the softwares including AdobeFlashPlayer...
and restarted and when back, i can't play trickster...
and the evening case which only after installing adobeflashplayer
and restarting, crashed Trickster...
a last evidence that i have would be that last time when i upgraded to window 7.
did all the required things and right after that i could still play trickster...
and hence went to do a backup...
and after that, a few days later i found out that i was missing adobe flash player...
and went to get it... which i also installed the antivirus
and days later when i tried trickster again, i can't anymore...
and then, i thought i was the antivirus...
but now, i have proven that AdobeFlashPlayer 10x Plugin causes the Trickster
on my notebook to crash!
but, there may be some other explanations too which i could not think of...
and that means there is a possibility i am wrong...
ok, i shall move on to another post to write about something else...
